What does "Teenie Weenie Hammer" mean to you?

With all the overtime I worked over the past 6 weeks, the money has started to appear on my paycheck.Here is the email thread in order...

Whew, I thought you meant small as in size of the hammer ! 
Do you realize how big the hammer would have to be to cost 300 bucks; That or this small hammer made from solid silver cause a gold one would be very very tiny indeed.
